ETHANZA founded in Sialkot, Pakistan. ETHANZA’s founder created his first fashion clothing in 1999, establishing the foundation for a long and successful company history. Our fight began in 2004 in Pennsylvania against an increasing overflow of American and Japanese brands that were too expensive for the average consumer to buy. ETHANZA grew in popularity as a top garment manufacturing wholesaler in the United States.

The headquarters of ETHANZA International, called “Innovative. Stylish. Comfortable,” are in Philadelphia, a big city in Pennsylvania state, USA. our production engineers and experts create apparel. We will have 1,000 firm employees working on our site by the end of December 2023.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your ETHANZA goods, please contact your ETHANZA store or online shop via customer service email, or contact us directly. Your claim will be competently reviewed with you there, and if the claim is justified, the purchased item will be replaced. If you have a valid claim, we want to help you as soon as possible and as simply as possible.

Order Inquiry

  • We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
  • If you have a profile, sign in to your account. You’ll see which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking updates.
  • If you don’t have an account, find your order number, then go to order information and enter it.

Backordered items are those that are not available to ship at the time an order is placed and will ship at a later date. We’ll give you an estimated ship date when you add the item to your bag and check out. Backorder ship dates are estimates; we’ll notify you if they change. Please remember that your credit card will be authorized when you place your order, but you will not be charged until the item ships.

Free Standard Shipping is not valid on international orders. For delivery to international addresses, please confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag or name at the bottom of any page. Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. International customers will be notified to remove these items during Checkout

When you place an order from abroad, Borderfree will handle your transaction, but ETHANZA is happy to assist with customer support.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate determined when your order is placed. Borderfree determines foreign exchange rates, which are based on interbank exchange prices. These rates correspond to the average aggregate exchange rates that would be used in an e-commerce transaction otherwise.

Borderfree updates ETHANZA.COM exchange rates every day. If currency rates change while you’re shopping, you’ll be notified.

  • International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by Borderfree based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
  • Borderfree is unable to provide free shipping to overseas destinations, even for ETHANZA Rewards members.
  • International clients can ship to numerous addresses by placing a separate purchase for each. At the moment, Borderfree cannot send single international orders to numerous addresses.
